Shipping & Collection
We aim to complete your order within 2 business days. Any orders made after 12.30pm (AEST) will be processed the next business day. Any order placed on the weekend or during a public holiday will be processed the next business day. We will advise you, via email if there is a delay in processing your order.
Where it is deemed possible, shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post or a Courier Company and is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the items ordered. All orders are shipped from Melbourne and all deliveries will be sent as registered post and a signature is required at the point of delivery.
A confirmation email will be sent out to you once the order has been despatched. A tracking number will be provided. You can use this number to track the progress of your order via the postal service website.
We can not guarantee the delivery times. If your order does not arrive within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date please contact us by phone or email so we can investigate the whereabouts of the parcel.
Furniture can only be picked up from our warehouse in Moorabbin, Victoria. Please choose the "Collect" option in the Shipping Category upon Check Out. Once your order has been placed and processed, we will send out a confirmation email asking you to call us to arrange an appointment to collect your furniture.

Our cushions are available to be shipped to International addresses. Our website is currently unable to process International Orders. Please contact email@example.com with details of your location to receive a shipping quote.
Custom regulations differ in each country. For Orders made outside of Australia, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly. Any charges, taxes or duties incurred on the Order, after arrival in your country, will be borne by you and is your responsibility. The value of all items in the Order will be declared, in keeping with Australian Export Regulations.
