Love & humility
Just touching base cos I’m feelin’ the love & humility.
With our warehouse operational once more, our mission to save the world one chair a time is ticking along, thread by thread & tack by tack. But it’s hard work with myself & the occasional house elf.
Our Upholstery Courses were always a way to super-charge this mission; along with some laughs, friendship & passion-propagation. We’ve been starved of this pleasure of late, for the greater good.
On the tools again, just can’t wait to get back on the tools again…
Our fully booked July, August, September, October, November & December courses have been shuffled back to the last couple of months of 2020 like an exhaling accordion; as we eagerly wait, baited-breath for Mr Andrews to give the final head nod & finger guns.
Our warehouse will simply be abuzz in the lead up to Christmas & New Beers, albeit with social distancing & other COVID measures dutifully in place.
But for those patient-upholstering-padawans, patiently waiting for new 2021 dates, I’m afraid you’ll have to wait just that little bit longer until the image in the crystal ball shimmers into focus & we gather enough confidence to be able to book you on a date that has more chance of happening than not. We will certainly be making contact though, providing an opportunity to book in dates prior to opening up on our website.
But coming back to the love & humility; our expressions-of-interest have gone gangbusters. Our waitlist has been growing & growing and is now sitting at four full courses worth of budding-upholsterers.
This excites us & goes miles & beyond to help us plan the days ahead.
We charge our glasses, doff our fedoras & Mexican-wave our way to 2021.
